What to Expect at Our Company

• You will be responsible for the administration and support of our existing customer systems (Windows server networks, virtualization, SAN storage, firewalls, clients, etc.) on-site or remotely
• You are responsible for the planning, technical implementation, and documentation of new IT systems for our customers
• You troubleshoot issues in networks, servers, and clients together with customers or colleagues
• You will carry out projects to optimize client systems and migrate existing IT systems to the latest versions

What we expect from you

• Excellent knowledge of Windows-based server technologies, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Terminal Server
• Training and/or degree in system and network administration
• Strong knowledge of server virtualization based on Proxmox, VMware ESX, or Microsoft Hyper-V
• A structured and independent work style, as well as a goal-oriented approach to new tasks and challenges
• Enjoy working with customers
• Good written and spoken German language skills (minimum B2 level according to CEFR)
